Product Description
Stainless Steel sintered wire mesh is made form multiple layers of Woven wire mesh together by sintering process. this process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond multi-layers of mesh or woven plus perforated metal /punching metal together.
Stainless steel Sintered mesh have different type according to the different material and layers. for example:Plate Plus Woven Mesh Sintered Mesh, 2 layers Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh, 3 layers sintered mesh, 4 layers sintered mesh and 5 layers sintered mesh ect. is usually used for various filtration applications such as the petrochemical, chemical industry and water conditioning,for pharmaceutical and food processing ect.
The standard material for the Sintered mesh are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel :Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.
The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement
